Take control of your mental health story with our free, peer-led Becoming Brave training.
Based on a national curriculum, this one day training covers three primary goals:
The training is tailored to fit each individual and help them answer the questions they have about disclosing their mental health experiences to others.
The next Becoming Brave Training is Saturday, June 29, 2024, from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. in the Mae Helene Bacon Boggs Building, located at 2420 Breslauer Way, Redding.
